Jerry Guhl

Jerry Guhl has been selling the finest homes that Lake Lanier and the surrounding areas have to offer. He is committed to making sure your home buying or selling experience is perfect. Jerry has been very passionate about real estate since he became a realtor in DeKalb and Gwinnett counties in 1985.

He joined Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Partners in 2000 as an agent and part owner, helping open the first market center in the Southeast Region. In 2007, Jerry became an Owner and Operating Partner for the KW Hendersonville Market Center in North Carolina. Jerry also has a passion for mentoring others joining the real estate industry.

In 2019, a new team member, Austin Guhl, joined Jerry's team. Austin is committed to helping others find their dream home and building a future with his clients. He brought with him explosive energy and marketing skills. Austin now knows what it feels like to be on the other side of the table and is working hard to build relationships for a lifetime.
